:whoo: shyt i'd still like to hear that. Mixing isnt my thing, I'm either too high or too low. When I go the non sample route they seem to come out cleaner. I assume that's due to the sound kit quality though:manny:

I'll use the trap beat next battle if I can clean it up. @producingfire find me an opponent next week.

I was terrible at mixing until I found a simple formula. I don't really do that much and it works for every beat. I saved my own presets in my EQ so all I have to do apply it to a sample.

Non samples always sound cleaner because there's not much going on and you can give every sound it's own space in the mix. With a sample you might have a piano, horns, and vocals going off at the same time.

Thanks man:salute:. That input is very helpful, I was playing around with some tools in the software as far as mix, got some good and bad things out of it:mjlol:. I can apply that critique to make some adjustments I now have a better idea on. I initially was going to go a smoother route but I was banking on/kept thinking @Supa was going to drop a rings of Saturn type beat:ohlawd:. I was trying to jump the curve a bit. Supa's beat is dope:stylin:, the non sample production :myman:(excellent baseline). Very nice work, drums and everything are 100 to me.
No prob bro!
