There are no comicbook movies fukking with Nolan's.

Even the best of em, Winter Soldier /Guardians/Man of Steel, just aren't on that level.

TDKR is by far the messiest, but there is no villain fukking with Bane or any of Bane's scenes in that movie.

His action scenes are ass tho, for sure.

And Cap really only has two movies, Civil War is an Avengers movie let's be real(not that it would make a difference).

Helluva question..
Evan's Cap never got out-shined in his 3 flicks. Bale's Batman did..
The action in the Cap flicks was way better.

Those Cap flicks all have that same Marvel movie feel, so after a shytload of marvel flicks its...:manny:

Don't think I would ever watch FA or BB again. Hell I don't think I would watch WS or CW again either. Blade 1&2 are the only marvel flicks I would rewatch again:wow:

But ultimately I gotta give it to Batman. I would watch the second and third films again. Both of which had way better villains then in WS and CW. I mean shyt people still talk about The Dark Knight.

Hell people will probably still talk about it, a decade from now.

The Nolan Batman trilogy is better. TDKR is better than the First Avenger and TDK is the best in the series.
I really don't understand the lack of love The First Avenger gets. And TDKR better? :francis:

Nolan trilogy has a slight edge. Better villians, story and acting but really poor fight scenes while cap had better action by a long way.
Very close between them but I think Batman shades it.
And an iconic score. Saddens me none of the MCU have that.

I think people need to go back and rewatch that film. When it came out a lot of folks didn't like it because it was SO different from Iron Man, Iron Man 2, and even Thor. It still has a very different tone and look than any other MCU film. It's one of the few Superhero films where the romantic subplot actually progresses in a realistic manner and it has a non traditional ending where the hero saves everyone but makes an unbelievable sacrifice to do so.

he fighting in nolas movies were horrid and batman was the worst/least interesting character im the trilogy

:patrice:
the action in all the cap movies are top notch
they actually made us care about cap and made him interesting
if i seen that theres a cap marathon on now id turn from og law and order and watch all 3 movies

Only thing that Cap has better than, is better fighting scenes due to better technology being filmed at later dates.

Has nothing to do with better technology, Nolan and his team just has flaws at directing believable fight scenes. Batman is supposed to be one of the greatest Martial Artist but it's not executed in none of the movies with having weak camera work/fight/stunt work.

Where it's hotter & wetter
Batman and it's not even close. :what:

TL,DR: The Batman films can be just enjoyed on the surface level of simple comic book action thrillers but there are far deeper layers of plot and character development for those that want and expect more from their movies. Cap's films are really just one and done. Aside from CW, which also starts to show flaws on repeat viewings, there is little to no replay value in the Cap series.

Granted, both BB and TFA were very weak, forgettable entries into their respective trilogies but those aside Batman still blows Cap out of the water.
Don't confuse the popcorn-level enjoyability of:popcorn: TWS and CW for the five-course cinematic dining experience that was :eat: TDK and TDKR.
Nolan's Batman trilogy is more than just a comic book series. There are entire philosophical treatises on the moral implications of Batman's motivations, those of his villains, and the fallout of the strife between the two. They are a testimony to the value of sticking to a single director with a single, cohesive vision for his project. Nolan changed people's perceptions about what can be done with a superhero movie. Comparing the two is really like comparing your homie that kills on the court with pickup games every Saturday to Lebron or Jordan.
