O-line is gonna be a problem for us until Bahk and Jenkins get back.. not so worried about them later down the season.

That WR room is VERY concerning tho. Watson isn't ready for the NFL yet. It might take him till the halfway point or later, and we need a #1. Hopefully Lazard is that answer cause it's bad.

You can have a subpar WR room and make it work with a good/great O-line, but you can't have BOTH be chitty.

Also whatever defensive scheme that was that Joe Barry decided to run against Jefferson... Burn it. MLF continues to come out flat as a play caller during these moments also

Zone defense. been our weakness for decades yet it still exists. If u have a solid secondary, u play man. All JJ did was line up in the slot and run free in the zone.

need to fix your defense. your Run defense was ass and we have no weapons on O to test that secondary. Your offense is on point though. Its week 1, we all know how shyt turns out by November

I rerally wouldnt mind this loss if they did it in good fashion(had them splitting with the vikes anyways). But one thing im sick and tired of is going away from the run game to please the passing game. All our good drives came because of the run game. Jones avg 9.8 on 5 carries and AJ 4.5 on 10 carries. Both combined for 94 yards on 15 total carries. Same shyt happened in the SF playoff game last season. I dont know if its rodger or matt or both but this is suppose to be a run first offense but yet they stop using it when it works. shyt pisses me off and makes no damn sense and ill continue to shyt on this aspect of the team until they fix it.

You're missing key context here. The run game took off AFTER Runyan got replaced by Tom.

Not completely true. AJ and Jones were doing fine while Runyan was in. Its just that Matt decided to run them more the 2nd half even though it was working the first half as well. Point being, 15 total carries between two runners who were doing good is unacceptable. Even if we say they were better with Runyan out, we still stopped running when it was effective.

This is not an accurate description of the game. You're still talking about attempts without any context as to down, distance, field position, personnel, and defensive tendency.

For example, the drive that stalled on the 1 was successful because every play attacked the vacant zone in the right Flat. But the plays were drawn up to negate the offensive line and attack the Vikings weaknesses. The Packers were limited with what they could do all game.
