Technically, the first paragraph is not an example of snitching. He's making an argument using information already collected and verified by law enforcement, which was relayed back to the public months ago. He, himself, is not claiming said information is valid based on his own personal involvement in the event, which would be a valid instance of snitching. However, the stuff that the lawyer is citing in the 2nd paragraph, is a CLEAR example of snitching, well, at this point at-least.
