its his lawyer doing what he he gets paid to do but my first thought reading was that they know they are fukked
and this was one last throw of the dice to get Tax some time on the outside before he goes away for a while.

i mean its not snitching but
its some corny shyt that will raise a few eyebrows and could lead people to believe that Tax would be willing to testify if it came to it.

would be interesting to see what it would be like if it was Troy at this point and if it was Tax that was out.
