Instead of going after legacy admissions and other unqualified non-POC, they are going after Affirmative Action. To be clear, it is a small minority of Asian-Americans who support this fight. Most Asian-Americans support Affirmative Action or are indifferent to it. But make no mistake, this is a conservative-backed effort to weaken Affirmative Action. This lawsuit was brought by a group called "Students For Fair Admission" created by a conservative for students who feel they were cheated out of admission to top schools primarily due to Affirmative Action.

Trump's Administration welcomes this case. The DOJ has opened up their own investigation into Harvard's Admission process.

Asians have been held back by the floodgates of AA which benefits non-rich as fukk white people as much as it does black people and hispanics. Look at the UC system.
