Sparkling water helps so much

I drink a gallon of distilled water every other day

My teeth regiment in the morning : I use one of those floss sticks, gargle that purple listerine, gargle some hydrogen peroxide, and brush my teeth with a hard toothbrush with a toothpaste that has both baking soda and perxiode

"Quitting" soda for me was actually quite easy. One day in my freshman year of college I just quit cold turkey.

I'll still have like a can or two every 2-3 months. Usually when it's "around" but I don't actively by soda, even when having drinks. Same thing for juice.

It's pretty much all water for me.

I’ll never forget this thread because I went just over a year without soda because of it. I’ve had little periods here and there where I’ve been off it but that was the longest. I went a few months last year from like August to October but I fell off tough.

Started back last week I think Friday was the last time I had one. Im remotivated due to a water thread I saw on here. Ordered a half gallon water bottle and I’m looking to go on a long stretch again.

My weight was down during both stretches so I’m trying to get back there.
You did it once, you can do it again.

Over the last year I fell off heavy with my eating and gained a bunch of my weight back so I definitely feel you. Been slowly getting myself back on it over the last few weeks but starting is always tough.

I might have to start a "no junk food" thread to help me get it together :dead: if it worked for pop it should work for Reese's

Damn so I might be at 7-8 years without a soda
Its been 4 years for me :wow: still can't believe I went from knocking back 2 liters to not even thinking about it at all.

If I could just do that with all the candy and chips I be eating :mjcry:

good choice. The sugar from mixing the alcohol is what causes bad hang overs. I learned this from my former boss who's a health nut. But get this,i no longer drink alcohol at all anymore :blessed:

been 2 weeks straight without one and im not looking back

As for the topic, ill have maybe 3-4 sodas per year. Thats huge considering most of my childhood life and part of my adult hood i was a very avid soda drinker.

i been a waterholic the past 3 years now :blessed:

I stopped drinking regular sodas years ago but now they're telling me diet sodas mess up your stomach because they kill off essential bacteria. :francis:

I used to drink nothing but soda and juice. Only drunk water in the summer. Now I can't even think of soda without cringing. Been 2 years or something at this point I guess. Dont keep track

I don't really drink soda, so that is easy. However, I do drink 1 energy drink a day, trying to eliminate it all together though I was solid for 2 days straight, slipped and had one today, so back to starting over tomorrow
