Why you drinking that instead of fresh brewed green tea? That stuff has almost as much sugar and calories as a can of Coke

Your orange juice probably has a bunch of added sugar too, would have to know the brand to say for sure

Throw both them shyts in the bushes breh. Water, brewed tea, black coffee, limited amounts of diet soda, and milk (count the calories) should be it

OJ is always going to have sugar just because of the natural fruit sugar, try and find one with no added sugar

As far as the Lipton Green Tea goes, its your health so you do what you do but just understand that it isn't better for you than soda

I have no problem giving up soda when I really want to, I love drinking water all day so I don't even need substitutes.

I'm not a believer though in denying yourself life's pleasures. For those of us with great willpower, moderation is always superior to completely cutting it in my opinion because moderation prevents relapsing into addiction

I have actually slowly transitioned to diet soda recently. I used to use diet soda as a craving killer...if I wanted a Coke, I would buy a Coke Zero and drink a few sips and be disgusted by it and throw the rest away but my craving would also disappear too. But I mildly enjoyed the taste of Pepsi Next, so I also tried Pepsi Max which is 0 calories and I also mildly enjoyed that. Limit myself to 1 can per day and try not to drink even that. Now it tastes like regular Pepsi to me, I'm used to it. Only time I ever have a regular soda now is when there is no Pepsi Max available and I need a fix (like at a restaurant or family gathering)

Bro, I haven't been drinking sodas regularly since I was a teenager. Best decision I ever made honestly. It's not that hard either, drinking low-calorie, low carb drinks just as good as sodas you just got to look

If I drink soda now it's sprite zero in my vodkas. That's about it
