I've been off it for a month now. You'd be hard pressed to find someone who loved Diet Coke/Pepsi more than me. I got the flu and I can't eat anything that I ate within 36 hours of getting really sick. I don't like boned chicken anymore, I can't eat hot sauce (which I love), and dark pop feels like drinking battery acid.
The universe intervened on my behalf. I'm sure this'll wear off eventually but I'm detoxing from it and have already broken the habit.
