No soda since April.
I just got the idea to start a personal no soda challenge.
I'm addicted to coke and it has brought me nothing but pain and extra calories
So starting tomorrow 6.4.2012. I will commit to drinking nothing but water and maybe a lil bit of fruit juice.
How long will this last? I'll start off slow and say a month. We'll see how this goes. I'll use this as a journal of sorts. Updating daily.
Join me if you will. This is a place of encouragement. Plus I need a couple folks around so I'll be more likely not to quit.
