Soups, tomato, chowders, miso soups, cream of chicken

Fruit smoothies and protein shakes
Also consider juicing ur veggies and fruits. Concentrated vitamins. Ur still fasting but also getting the nutrients you need.

You think that not eating is gonna clear your mind and make life easier. "Life isn't fair, I'm going to starve myself and make things easier". :usure: And since you don't have the knowledge on this them I wouldn't risk it. Better not come out with a I nearly died thread in a few weeks. You say you have negative energy but not eating won't get rid of it. Only you can get rid of negative energy. Maybe you just come off as weird and socially awkward. Like you seem to try too hard. An attention seeker type that does drastic things like this when things aren't going your way. Like others said, start working out and getting some confidence in you. It'll help you a lot.

This isn’t fasting at all tho :russ:.

Fasting = nothing but water, maybe a multivitamin. Soup, juices veggies and fruit contain calories and bring your body out of a fasted state. It can actually be worse for you in a lot of ways to do these “liquid diets” as opposed to fasting the proper way.

For an entire 30+ days without a body adjusted to fasting or supervision, you probably will

72 hours is the maximum recommended time for a beginner without supervision. Any longer and you will need to inform a medical expert even if you've fasted before
