Also consider juicing ur veggies and fruits. Concentrated vitamins. Ur still fasting but also getting the nutrients you need.

And since you don't have the knowledge on this them I wouldn't risk it. Better not come out with a I nearly died thread in a few weeks. You say you have negative energy but not eating won't get rid of it. Only you can get rid of negative energy. Maybe you just come off as weird and socially awkward. Like you seem to try too hard. An attention seeker type that does drastic things like this when things aren't going your way. Like others said, start working out and getting some confidence in you. It'll help you a lot.
