I've done a 10-day water only fast before. A month is insane, but a few folks at my church growing up did Jesus' 40-day fast. They nearly fukking killed themselves. You need to consult a doctor and make sure you have all of your vitamins, proteins, and fat intake covered by supplements or a smoothie.
You cant go a month without food nikka you'll die.
