Don't know about all the other cities, but I can tell you the two done about the gangs in San Diego told no lies.

I haven't seen Gangland in a minute though. Was one of my top shows for a while.

And, Alaska has black folks and islanders because of the military. Same as Hawaii and places like Wyoming. I met a sista from a place called Rock Springs, Wyoming. She told me because of an increase in oil production in the state a lot of black people moved there for jobs in the industry.
