You're not innocent and you keep trying to put yourself in an innocent place to relieve yourself from guilt.:francis:

It doesn't matter if you're not having sexing or kissing anyone, you crossed the line and you know it.You put yourself in a situation where another woman feels comfortable enough to contact you at 1:30 am. :heh: You know very well what you are doing. You're welcoming this woman with open arms.

If your wife stays with you after this she is stupid. Now she clearly knows what kind of marriage she is in.

You told her the woman's name? This the same chick you thought about cheating on your wife with? You need to cut all ties with that woman and keep it straight professional from now on. You need to tell your wife everything too and apologize profusely.

You also need self discipline and self-control, putting yourself in vulnerable positions to cheat.

Before you do all that, ask yourself what it is that you want. I'm assuming you have no children right? So if you can't stay faithful to ya wife, the best decision might to just be get a divorce or separate for a while.

So much wisdom here

Staying faithful has so much to do with avoiding situations that can lead you to that

Myself. fukk 12(1)!
I currently work on a team with all men... ain't none of those mufukkers contacting me at 1:30 am unless something has crashed and burned at the workplace :beli:

I'm sorry, but contacting a married person/person in a relationship in the middle of the night is mad disrespectful; it would be different if it were a work-related issue, but there isn't a need for anyone to be sending messages at 1:30am through Snapchat unless they are looking for something in particular.... and that something is generally ass. And you've stated that you "have a history", so it's not like your wife is acting completely out of order. If there has been infidelity issues in the past, many situations that would appear innocuous on the surface can looks suspicious. Forgiving doesn't mean forgetting, and once that seal has been cracked, it's hard to ever completely trust that other person again.

Folks be getting too familiar with their coworkers; I'm here to make money and go home, not make friends. Many people would be better off if they adopted that mindset.
