The formula WWE seems to have been doing lately is...

WM = big time match (Rock vs Cena)
Extreme Rules = rematch or something similar (Rock vs Cena)
Over The Limit = give a upcoming main eventer a chance at the title (Cena vs Ziggler)

Ryback is garbage I was stunned WWE had Mark win. Best move WWE has made for a mania match in a few years I was afraid Ryback was gonna squash Henry and get another superpush into a Cena program.

That wasn't a "moment" nobody is gonna remember that shyt, only that he lost. You had a guy back 6 months ago who was ready to take Cena's place as the dude who kisses fat girls and high fives the retarded kids. Then they went ahead and jobbed this nikka out on like 6 straight PPVs. He has no credibility now and gets no pop anymore. Only reaction dude gets is people chanting "FEED ME MORE" and people at live shows have proven they will chant anything.

I agree. Time to lose the crutches and see if these boys and this company can find their footing.

Thing is... people still care about these part timers.

Do you really think Vince is gonna tell THE UNDERTAKER to stay home so Dolph Ziggler who is good in the ring but ain't drawn a dime yet can have a main event match?

Do you think he's gonna tell THE ROCK "nah we don't need you this year" so Cesaro can have a big match instead?

:beli:

That's just not reality. Now what SHOULD happen is that maybe these guys should mix it up more with the people coming up in the ranks, to make them look like more of a big deal. Instead of HHH just kicking Wade Barrett in the nuts, what if they'd actually build an H/Barrett feud which would make Barrett actually matter... or instead of having Rock come back strictly to deal with other established maineventers, have him get challenged by someone who wants to make a name for himself at Rock's expense.

The part timers don't have to leave, they should just be used to help legitimize the newer guys who are always around.

But like homie said, last night, two people had their "debuts", and a few who weren't even on the roster last year had their first Mania appearance. It's not like nobody new got a chance to shine at all.

:pacspit: @ the guy who said Ryback is more over than Mark Henry ever been....so is that why the crowd was chanting "sexual chocolate" last night? his gimmick after he dominated in Nation of Domination. Dude is a big man who lasted over a decade in WWE and he is black, that says alot. Mark Henry is a Hall of Famer in my book

You can't base everything on those chants.

I was at Mania, and just like anytime WWE is in NY, the crowd is infested with clinical, overweight, deli meat cologne wearing smart marks.

One 315 lb guy in an nWo shirts starts a chant, his two gargoyle friends join in and the rest of the crowd is there to have a good time so they start chanting for the f of it.

It's not always a mission statement issued by the fans, just marks being marks. :manny:

They have to leave because they're not really putting over the next gen. They're just there to draw money for some sham spectacle and do it all over again next year like some Rolling Stone reunion tour.

Ryback had NO BUSINESS going over henry there, AND the shield = 3 new stars who beat down 3 of their most established stars for like 4 months in a row...AND fandango went over last night.

you have no ground to stand on. The only complaint you COULD have was cutting cody and sandow

cool thought, but its never happening. especially w/ mania. vinny gonna always lean back on some familiar faces for 70k pops for magical moments. as averagely-good as that hhh-brock match was, that hbk-heyman superkick and pop it got justifies keepin them old mofos around in the eyes of a vince.

i can hear him patting himself on the back, last night, right now after that spot.

so sit back and get ready to see austin stun somebody at summer slam, flair flip over a cage at hell in a cell, matilda bite somebody in the ass at in your house, etc...

What do you think a company is more interested in... who'll draw money at their biggest show of the year, or who's liked by people who half the time ain't paying for shyt and will probably complain anyway? :manny:
