i thought we'd get a top tier guard.
there's still some cb/safety help out there.. if we miss out because of revis and that douche goes back to the patriots..
any other back not named powell would've been great.
i'm not panicked.. but going into the offseason, it was all about how much money we had to spend. i figured we'd be throwing money around like the jags and colts

If it makes you feel better- if we don't sign Revis we could always overpay for him next year too. Powells gettingn paid barely anything, plus we should draft a back. Spiller wasn't all that attractive imo.

Culli has a lot of unrealized potential in my opinion.
He can play very well, but he can play like an absolute scrub too

I think that love affair with Revis shyt was a problem in the first place.
He's a great player, but he's only getting older has the injury issue and I think you`d be paying for his worst years and paying on reputation. It's some Albert Pujols shyt.
There's much cheaper options, but hey do you. I think it's probably best to just distance yourself from the past at this time, let Bowles have HIS team.

that's not what i'm saying.. i don't like our offseason becoming the revis sweepstakes again. make him an offer, if he declines, move on.
as for powell.. i don't care what he makes. my point is that we could've brought in someone better for more money.

I agree. Woody bending over for the billboard folks is dumb. Revis is going to be a free agent every year anyways. When the Jets are ready to win then maybe bring him back.
Who did you want? Spiller? If rather get a guy like that in the draft. Signing the retread backs I was getting tired of. There are a ton of good ones available in the draft.
Woody is as clueless as they get, but we got Jed York so we gonna get to know clueless quite well for a long time too.
