Bowles doesn't really sold on Geno, just basing this on what he said.

Maccagnan saying he'll definitely be spending.

This offseason should be a very interesting one...

idk man. im trying to be optimistic but 2 guys who have 0 experience at their positions is a tough sell for me. listening to mcgagan(sp?) praise bowles when they only known each other a week sounds kind of forced. i have a bad feeling about the next 3 years(amount of time ima give this regime. i really hate being the negative one but hopefully they shock n surprise me.

They have about as much experience as Rex and Tannenbaum did. And that went well at first til then went all the way left. And they both seemed more scaled back (Bowles being less bombastic, McCagnan being more thrifty and smarter than Tannenbaum.)
And I'd rather they sound forced and hopefully eventually come to love each in an arranged marriage than them look like Rex and Idzik.
Don't get me wrong, there's much to be apprehensive about, but that lack of experience, or their cohesion is the least of it.

I hear u but for me the lack of experience is a big factor. We have brought in Al groh, herm, mangini and then Rex. 4 guys straight without previous head coaching experience in the NFL. It didn't work out with any of them so I was kind of hoping for some experience. I get that there weren't really any candidates out there with experience tho. At least not with great experience.

But let's see. I'm gonna be rooting for them to succeed either way.

I'm ok with these guys having 0 experience. Everybody has to start somewhere.

I've said it before, I've said it again: I'd rather givethe job up and comers with a chip on their shoulder rather than give a retread who's been fired everywhere he went
