I don't take these practice reports too serious until it shows in a game. Every training camp we hear how Geno looks good or such n such look good than season comes and we play like shyt.

Milliner nor mcdougle is the future so we gotta start getting some depth at that position cause both cro and revis up in age.

Sad for Antonio Allen just couple years ago he seemed like with right coach he could become a decent safety.

And rex ryan is overrated as a defensive mind. Why the fukk he had Calvin Pryor playing free safety :francis:

You know I really never understood hate for Sanchez. Yes he had much room to grow but people never give dude any credit. I see ppl talking about Geno weapons but do we forget when Sanchez starting receivers were Schilens and Jeremy Kerley and Shonn Greene as a running back. 2010 Sanchez was clutch being known as a comeback player when our defense gets all the credit that kept giving up leads

And Sanchez is looking decent but not doing nothing spectacular but you know it was hurting you to see Sanchez winning games last year :sas1:

Still got 5 super bowls.

Still seen more playoff games in my 32 years than you will in your entire life.

We ain't losing shyt, it's ups and downs, Jets whole existence is the downs.

As low as we are, I never been as low as you having to cape for Mark Sanchez, that's low

This isn't the 80s or 90s anymore breh

Sf is a joke of a franchise

Everything sf is going through right now is well deserved for the shyt there fans talked when they were good for a couple seasons .

Just sit back and enjoy that slow rebuild process

Ur a sf fan im sure ur used to it

I never hated on Sanchez like other people did he just never showed consistency. Dude had the #1 line, the #1 running game and a great receiving corps but he still had his fukk ups. When it was time to take the training wheels off he failed miserably.

He that in 2010 and we came a game away from the super bowl. 2011 they completely fukked that team up. At end of day I never seen Sanchez as a Qb on Brady manning level but you can win with him. Crazy part that get me about ppl on Geno is that they praise him more than they ever did Sanchez or ride for him more than they ever did Sanchez

Geno has it from physical standpoint but the mental part of game he's fukked. And people keep going off these late rallies he does at end of season as hope. He had a good last month his rookie year which left people promised and he did it again last year. How long do y'all see shyt before you realize. I want every player to succeed but he hasn't really showed he can do it and will do it.

Sanchez was completely overdrafted. If he was taken in the middle rounds he'd have been ok. He had basically no experience in college...the chances of him ever panning out as a franchise QB were minimal.

Agree with yuo on Geno, he processes things too slowly and is just awkward mechanically. He doesnt have a feel for the pocket or have a feel of the nuances when creating a new pocket under pressure. His first instinct is to back peddle.

This is bullshyt. Why did the backpeddling suddenly stop when Winters was gone?

You simply don't watch the game

I can agree with you there. His first round status made it hard in him. He should of went in middle rounds. I don't have a biased opinion so I try see everything and with Geno I just don't see it but some people catch on quicker than others but I learned long time ago a lot of these players are good but in a certain system. A lot of players get put into systems that doesn't play with their strengths. Chain Gailey Damn near runs that west Virginia offense Geno was in so we shall see.

You simply don't watch the game

You watch cut ups where Geno shows promise and make sweeping conclusions that he's starting to get it. Sanchez showed brief flashes. Nagle showed brief flashes...every QB does.

We have two years of results from Geno and he's been a bottom 3 QB. Lets see him put together a full season.

No. I watch film which you don't have access to. You're the guy who said he should have stayed in the pocket on this play when I said he backpeddles because of suspect guard play.

I take what you say with a grain of salt.

Even the football outsiders guys you worship said Geno excelled when he had a pocket around him

Making the Leap, No. 19: Jets QB Geno Smith - NFL.com

2. One huge reason that Smith made good decisions: He had time. The Jets protected Smith very well over the final month, which allowed him to show off his strengths. Smith has a strong arm and methodically goes through his reads better than plenty of his young contemporaries. A big question: If protection isn't so ideal in 2015, can he still excel?

Rosenthal watches film. So do I. He came to my same conclusion you argued down months after the fact. You don't watch film
