Depends on if Shump plays. If he doesn't JR has to produce.

jr will be rusty as fukk breh..he hasnt played in almost 2 weeks..you can forget about that.
i think they need to include mozgov more..he should be the 3rd option with love out.

also brons jumper has been off almost the entire playoffs..you'd think he's gonna have a game where that jumpshot is falling...most of the 3's he's taken so far rimmed out.

Are you really trying to argue Niko would effectively box out TT on the glass? Or that he plays good defense ?
Taj can match him on the glass and keep his ass off the boards. That's who should be matched up on Thompson. It's a game of adjustments, what you Cavs fans don't realize is that no matter what lineup the Cavs put on the floor, the Bulls can match up with it. Thibs just isn't doing that so it's seeming like more of a problem than it needs to be.

:mjlol:

Throw out a line up for the Cavs and I'll put out one for the Bulls that makes sense that you'll probably never see in this series because our coach has tunnel vision and just won't matchup properly.

Irving
Shumpert
Smith
James
Thompson

and you'd probably counter with

Rose
Butler
Dunleavy/Snell
Mirotic
Gibson

I'd like to see those two small ball lineups against each other. I agree with you on Mirotic because the Cavs had trouble closing out when they went to the Rose/Pau pick and pop. They'd at least make the Cavs work harder on defense by giving Mirotic some meaningful minutes.

That's probably the most dangerous Cavs lineup and if Shump wasn't hurt, I thought they might start Game 3 with that and have Mozgov at the 5 instead of Thompson.

IMO, Pau should only get a lot of burn depending on his play. Thompson and Mozgov to some extent manhandled him downlow. Noah can still provide some rebounding, but once CLE goes small, the Bulls have to get him out of there. Those 2 wide open 3s he gave up to Jones were infuriating but it's not solely his fault because he's not supposed to be guarding SFs to begin with

you aren't really used to playoff basketball huh?
From a psychological stand point, we need to win this game.

Of course nothing is absolute, but we do not want to go down 2-1 vs lebron. Especially with us at full strength and lebron without love and possibly shump. Mentally we do not want to play that game.

My beef with Pau is when he lets James guard him. There's no fukking way that should happen. Can you imagine him trying that on Shaq, Sheed, Duncan? Dude would be roasted to oblivion but Pau nope. Well only 2 hours lets see whats good

I'm about to head out in this rain to the Madhouse. It feels like I've taken a couple of neg reps to my confidence going in here because I don't know what to expect from these dudes :to:. I do think we got this game tho.

I look forward to some favorable calls for once in this series, especially for Rose in particular given that it's been a talking point that he hasn't been to the line all series.

Hopefully when I get back, I'll be in the mood to post pics or something :blessed:...

Bron has the strength to make it hard for Pau to set up down low, if he does get position in the paint its over.
