Merry Christmas y'all. Been out and about. Did catch the game. Good day for Wisconsinites. Another ugly win, but you know what? I'm not tripping. If Baker was halfway decent, we woulda got our asses kicked, but you know what? I'm not tripping. Defense got ran over, but you know what? I'm not tripping. Offense disappeared in the 2nd half, but you know what...

Such is how we can act when we're 12-3 and sitting pretty for #1 seed. Despite the shakiness, is it possible that we can lose to Minnesota or Detroit? I just don't see it (despite the earlier Minny game). Surely we'll atleast win one of them, then only Dallas going 3-0 can knock us to #2. Have some things to clean up, but if we can get Z and Jaire back, could put us over the top. But again, I just don't see it with Z. I know first hand how bad bad backs can be, and I don't see him coming back. Jaire maybe, but Z (and Bak) I don't see.

One thing I'll say is everything is wide open. No great teams, flaws (and injuries) everywhere. Keep that #1 seed, play all our games in Lambeau and with Rodgers at QB, see what happens.

Another thing about the defense that doesn't worry me. That interception by Savage is that exact play that we talked about weeks ago that teams would continue to attack him on. He's going to keep getting challenged on that play and we should want that because with reps he'll build confidence.

Chandon Sullivan isn't great. We know that. But he was guarding Landry in the slot a lot. Clearly the team didn't feel comfortable switching defensive assignments. When Jaire comes back, that's going to be Stokes' matchup instead.

My only concern tbh is that Preston Smith is regressing and Rashaan Gary is getting worn down. Either way, I think we've played a lot of different schemes this year which will be good come playoff time.

Offensively, I think the packers need to move away from playing E St. Brown in these obvious trick packages. We also have to remember we're playing with a 2nd team offensive line.

We need Turner, Bakh, Meyers. Jaire and if possible Z Smith back badly.

The defense looking soft and unprepared the last couple weeks is concerning. We can’t keep leads.

Not sure what happened. Jaire needs to be activated by Wednesday or hes lost for the season, and frankly that puts an end to any reason SB hopes as we know that running teams put that THANG on Green Bay in January.

Z would help our LB rotation being that both Gary and Preston are wearing down, but he was never a run stopper anyway. But Jaire allows Amos to live closer the the LOS and I'm confident that Alaxander Douglas and Stokes are strong enough to hang.

Its right in front of us. Highest ceiling opponent out there is LA, and Stafford ain't ever been shyt when it matters... they'll need Cam Akers to be back to have a chance. TB got issues and no Fournette. And Dallas has issues ,can't beat us when it matters and run the ball 12 times a game

So. Cal
AGAIN!

Let's FINISH it this time. No excuses.

Not one fukking team in the NFC is well rounded enough to plow to the SB. We have the advantage being at home. No fukking excuses this time around. If we lose, blow everything up because Rodgers wont be back. We get 3 weeks rest and getting Bahk and Jaire back as well.

Side note, MLF must of fukked every voters wife and sister for coach of the year cuz this is his 3rd 13-3 season and ZERO mentions of coach of the year.

Well, assuming we get our injured guys back, lets get them ready in 3 weeks. No Aaron Rodgers for sure, and I would bench Mason Crosby for the Lions (I don't this guy to start developing mental issues after a block), take out our starters. Stay Healthy.

Taking that L in Detroit. Meaningless game but glad to see:

- Bakh and Myers look GOOD. Aaron had all day to throw. Lions secondary was covering well like in the first meeting.
- Dillon and Taylor ran well today. Gonna need a LOT of running in the postseason.
- Lazard is coming along to end the season. He's making plays.
- Degaura has great straight line speed. :wtf: I wasn't expecting that.

Things I hated to see:

- Defense getting killed by trick plays :snoop:
- Jordan Love ain't ready. I ain't ready to call the kid a bust but my God... two minute drill you gotta be better than that. Shades of DeShone Kizer. :damn:

Overall, I hope MVS and Sullivan don't have anything serious with their back and knee injuries. Jaire and Cobb back in the lineup next game.
