Bears lease with Soldier Field runs until 2033 but they can pay like 90 mil to opt out of the lease in 2026 or any year after and the cost decreases each year. I think they said construction would take 2 years and they should have the deal done sometime in 2023, so they prob move in there in 2026 or 2027.
