Day transformed Howard from a late draft pick at best to maybe a borderline first rounder in one offseason.

Bringin' Laurinaitis in from enemy lines to work with da LBs and further help get dat culture restored.

Day welcoming Mo back in the building---all of the players talk about him and say he's had a huge impact on em.

JT & Sawyer tappin' into some other shyt for a godly run---and the scoop of course from da hometown hero.
