We all know the answer about Day. The question is who can the alumni can pull that would be a guarantee upgrade over him? Feels like that we are in a rock and a hard place as long he leads this team.
Only guaranteed answer is Urban but I don’t think he’d do that to Day.

You gotta think Vrabel. But I don’t think he wants anything to do with recruiting.
Urban stated that he's done with coaching due to health issues. Vrabel is available but I'm not sure that he wants to coach college because of recruiting. He's an alum and have HC experience at the highest level. Besides that, I don't know where OSU goes from here. Even if they lucked up and get off a run to the NC, the season still would feel empty because Day can't beat the rodents

I remember hearing the story that the reason why he went to Tennessee to coach because he hated the recruiting aspect. Can't be a coach of a top tier program if you hate crooting.
At least now, it's more money out in the open fr and might as well be NFL Free Agency which he should be used to at this point.
I feel like that shyt overstated anyway. I think mfs still envision the coaches themselves pouring over scout tapes like byke in the day when in current reality, these mfs got team of scots, plus a main guy, and they bring u shyt, and u gotta do is confirm or deny then go kiss babies/shake hands.
