I'm sure that was done at some point in the Russo Era. It's definitely been done in regular tag form (HBK/Diesel vs Owen/Yoko, all titles on the line) and even in "you can pin your partner and win the title" form in WCW (Sting/Nash vs Macho/Sid). I'm sure many other times that aren't coming to mind.
