I'm sure that was done at some point in the Russo Era. It's definitely been done in regular tag form (HBK/Diesel vs Owen/Yoko, all titles on the line) and even in "you can pin your partner and win the title" form in WCW (Sting/Nash vs Macho/Sid). I'm sure many other times that aren't coming to mind.

They should really go back to single brand PPVS. That doesn't mean have two PPVs a month. Just alternate months outside of the Big 4 and Evolution.

I think they're really just scared that people won't subscribe during months that RAW doesn't have a PPV though.

The Shield should never get secondary belts again. Seth was looking like a great IC champ a few months ago, but now he's gonna have a Dean Ambrose US title style reign.
