Day 4. Again, smh.

I'm trying to get through the month, if not longer. I've also learned that just trying to "resist" isn't enough so I've had a few conversations with other guys close to me who have gone through it or are going through it too. I won't cap, it's mad awkward talking about it at first with someone else, but when you realize they have the same problems--or worse--you don't feel as bad.

I've also been reading this book at the same time and it's terrifying. It really makes me feel like our generation of guys that grew up with high speed internet and instantaneous access to porn are f*cked at best, more f*cked than we realize at worst. I'd recommend it for anyone who tries to convince themselves of the "benefits" of porn and masturbation. It's just a lie that I've told myself and many others tell themselves to continue to legitimize this temptation.

I am back fellas, I am saying it now I just bust my last one a few hours ago for the rest of the year!!! This shyt has to stop!

I went almost 3 months earlier this year so I know I can do it, I have been struggling the last couple months. I was doing good fell in a slump when wife didn’t give me none for a couple weeks so I was like fk it, and I also was off for a week and fell due to boredom.

Had a point when I had some of the best sex I ever had me and Wifey got it in, I was deep in them guts! The next day back on the porn shyt. Another point wife showed up at my job and told me come to the garage and and damn near sucked the soul out of me, later that night back on porn.

The shyt is a sickness brehs I am saying it now I am DONE for the year! Lets GOOOOO!!!

Currently on a 25 day streak. Had a 63 day streak earlier this year, but I lost it due to being stresses out while job hunting:francis:

Remember B.L.A.S.T acronym in order to avoid emotions that'll lead to relapses.

B - Bored
L - Lonely
A - Angry
S - Stressed
T -Tired

Recognize when you feel any of these emotions, and quickly deal with them. Get out of the house and go for a walk to clear your mind.

Pretty much keeping myself busy in order to not lose focus, working on getting into the data science field and getting visible six pack abs. Using noopept for mental clarity.
