I'm gonna need that jumper, especially from mid-range, to be wet this season. Especially if he's going to go through these periods like he did this year where he looks like he doesn't want to attack rim. Noah can't be any worse than he was this year.
I honestly don't think Rose's mid-range attempts will increase under Hoiberg. I could be wrong, but everything I've read up on him leads me to believe that this team will actively look for open 3s over everything besides layups/dunks

Looks like this smiley :flabbyclops:is here to stay for another year. Just have to hope that Hoiberg either pulls dude before he starts netting major negatives, or doesn't play him much at all. During his introductory press conference as the Bulls coach, he did forget to mention Kirk's name as part of the Bulls roster after naming everyone else, so that's a good sign :francis:.

Nobody wants dude, besides the Bulls, which is why they gave him that two year contract with a opt in clause to boot :snoop:.

the first move hoiberg needs to do is assign kirk to the nazr role this season.

none of that :coachthibs: giving him his mandatory 25mpg each night.

that nikka making 25 million next year :mjlol: we'd have to trade half the team for that niqqua.

I want him to be more efficient from the mid-range. He's going to have plenty of times to take a shot from there when Fred puts him iso actions.... You're right from what I seen that his system is largely predicated on drives and 3 point attempts though. I did notice that a lot of his plays could be used to get mid-range shots as a lot of the players would purposely take steps to get behind the 3 point line on hand-offs and cuts. Sans that buzzer beater against Cleveland, I can't remember Rose ever taken 3 pointers off of curls - he always does that little hop to set his feet, hangs in the air for about 5 seconds before releasing the ball on the way down from his 3 point attempt.... I definitely don't want him shooting more 3's.
:lawd: :ohlawd: da captain back yall

Edit: Just a disclaimer, im being VERY sarcastic :whoa:

Why couldn't your man Thibs find another job this season? It's no doubt in my mind that Kirk would've followed him to whatever team he would've landed on:mjcry:.
