Why did they draft Portis if they don't plan on moving one of their bigs?

:shaq2:
He just said he liked the team, wanted to try and bring everyone back andf they wasted a golden opportunity last season

I think he will still make a trade to acquire a wing

He was also HIGHLY optimistic about Noah

makes me think they may be somewhat confident he can still get healthy again

That picture gives me this eerie feeling of what the future holds like when lovie got fired. Many players clearly didn't want lovie to leave. That showed up especially on the defense when the bears resumed playing.

Could be nothing, but jimmy wanting that short deal might not only be to help the front office out, but might be his escape plan.

This introduces the idea of maybe trading jimmy rather than lose him for nothing.

If jimmy only signs a short tern contract I'd be open to movin him .. What do y'all think ??? ( obviously not straight away )

That obviously shows no commitment to this team (outside of the possible reason of the cap salary going up in a year or 2)

But I don't know ..shoukd we risk losing him in a couple years

I really don't wanna have us lose another player FO nothin..

Kirk opted in :mjcry: I've been a kirk supporter despite how bad he's played but I was low key hoping he wouldn't opt in :sadcam:
