CHICAGO — Bulls star Joakim Noah has found a buyer for his Lincoln Park mansion.

The seven-bedroom, 7,500-square-foot mansion was put on the market for $3.15 million. The home is under contract.

Built in 2009, the home at 712 W. Schubert Ave. has a circular staircase, an elevator and five fireplaces, including one on a rooftop deck, according to a previous listing by John Irwin of Baird & Warner.

The home comes with 5½ bathrooms, a heated garage that could fit at least two cars and five separate outdoor areas.

man, I dunno. that spot is near clark and diversey. so that really can't be more than 5 miles from the advocate center.

I actually thought his spot was gonna be in the north shore close to the berto when I originally saw the article and that definitely made sense to sell.

hell, maybe he decided he don't need 7500 sq feet and 7 bedrooms as a bachelor

Hes got a girl that stays with him, know somebody who is dog walking buddies with her. I stay at Clark & Fullerton, so pretty close to where hes at. I dont think the transit is THAT bad, but he'll probably just buy a condo in the loop and be like a 10 min drive away

They probably go back & forth a couple times a day, so it makes some sense
