Takeshyta vs. Shingo Title vs. Title - *Spoilers Below*

:whew: Was there ever a doubt between these two? They beat the shyt out of each other, lots of meat slappin goin on, Shingo damn near killed Takeshyta with a sit down driver. But after all that Takeshyta prevails! He hit some nasty combos. It's crazy to me still how NJPW did not lock Takeshyta up. They should have given bro a max contract. He could have been the next Okada. Oh well, looks like TK protecting the guy over here

No surprised by this considering the card they put out there

Wrestle Dynasty is also very weak, it's all on the shoulders of Kenny. If they sell more than tonight's show :wow: if they sell less, it would make more sense :heh:

Not sure in Japan but AEW didn’t even promote WD as a big event :why:

It hasn't, it's been a confounding show ever since it's been announced. They did nothing to make the show a success besides booking Kenny. And even still, they didn't even help Omega by booking him against a prospect instead of a big marquee match.

In all honestly, the show shouldn't even break 18k sold tickets. That's why if the show gets 25k it would be a shocking "success" and a huge indictment on Kenny as a draw.

Okada not being there can only be justified if dude refused to work in Japan so soon after he left. Ospreay and White make no damn sense unless they have visa issues.

I hope New Japan actually makes money out of this double header because it truly makes no sense why the would've given the ok for a double header as weak as this one, in a time where the company is at its lowest since the mid 00's.

Tana vs Shibata is billed as a "grappling match". We all know they're gonna have an impromptu headbutt competition.

I've never seen a Gabe Kidd match in my life, is he good?

Shane Douglas promo vibes :patrice:

Most excited for Mercedes / Mina, wanted that matchup for awhile.

I'm good on another ZSJ match within 24 hours, hopefully they work some kind of troll match, Rico has the chance to do some fun character work and make it interesting.

Jay White is technically banned from New Japan after losing to Eddie Kingston in his last match.
