njpw needs a domestic gateway feel.
plus real talk, they missed the ball to crown Kenny omega and have a domestic gateway opened. Having a title made for Kenny was a really bad move and imo, tokm the thunder away from what could have been a successful domestic boom.
imo, njpw has fell into basically making Orton and cena in Japan as tanahashi and Okada.
when, it should have booked Kenny's comeuppance and closed him winning the njpw title.
instead we got gedo basically putting his boi, the rainmaker over just because.
when the entire Naito and Kenny come up portions were more Intriguing as a work and gateway product. Than basically re-watching the Japanese higher quality version of cena and Orton as tanahashi and rainmaker.
