Omega isn't going to WWE anytime soon. He doesn't even need to. He would probably make more money from New Japan and the indies.
Cody said he's making triple what he made in the WWE with his current schedule..

So unless WWE is gonna offer Omega at least 2 mil like AJ no need to the "WWE experience"

and seeing Shibata walk and in the ring again was great to see and made the whole thing that much better .

@Jmare007 is everyone gonna offer up their complains about Naito's usual comeback/finishing run routine or we gonna wait until next summer when he's the guy on top for a few months:jbhmm:

In my case I'mma wait till he's crowned best in the world and best champion in 30 years :lolbron:

Honestly though, I didn't even think much about his comeback in the Finals to be honest. Didn't bother me nor thought it was great. I just realized they were doing a spotfest and was like fukk it :manny: and it didn't came across to me that his win felt "unearned" - withing the context of the match - or that it came out of nowhere. Then again, I wanted the dude to win so maybe I looked past all of that. I would have to watch the match again but I know I ain't gonna do that with 37 minute NJPW match that I already think it was needlessly long :heh:

To be fair though, I've never had a glaring problem with Naito's comebacks. Like, with Okada it wasn't that I was looking for shyt to criticize in his matches. It was just something that became glaring once and then it kept bothering me. Can't say I've felt that way with Naito....yet.

Tana...why? :mjcry:

Man is going through a Post-Ace crisis

Tana wants to go back his U-30 Ace days :pachaha:

He's got the shallowest comeback/finishing run out of all the big guys right now :manny: To me, Tana/Naito is better than Naito/Kenny purely off the strength of that change in formula. He doesn't really even have the dropkicks or the Tombstone like Okada, and especially nowhere near the level of Kenny's incredible finishing run (Kota is still the best off the strength of his ability to not have to rely on repetition). But Naito's last third is as empty and repetitive as people say Okada's is. He legit just does a bunch of Destino's. The only reason it doesn't bother anyone is because he loses every once in a while :hubie:

I like Naito's character more but I don't think he's better in the ring than Okada though. I don't think anyone thinks that to be honest.

The Destino spamming is not good though, I agree with that. I marked out when he went for the Stardust Press but he never went back to it :shaq2:

I've found the Naito/Tana trilogy this year better than any series of matches New Japan has had in 2017 so you wont find an argument there from me.
