The most hilarious thing is that this is like the only disqualification in the entire G1 so far, even though every Suzuki match starts out with a five minute brawl outside of the ring involving chairs and numerous illegal objects.
I was thinking the same thing.
The refs up until this point have been acting like they're in the ECW Arena.
Yuji Nagata has been killing it basically every match this G1. I know people are pissed about him losing but that shouldn't obscure that he's 49 years old having great matches every other night. His matches with Ishii, Naito and Ibushi have been especially dope.

I know nikkas on here hate super Okada...I was one who used to feel he was meh and overpushed...I always felt he was good though.. His run this year has won me over...this dude's fukkin incredible. That match with Tama Tonga...he went for his patented reverse Neckbreaker...Tonga accidentally falls and instead of it looking like a horrible botch he just somersault rolls him up and hits it...like nothing...like he didn't even think about it...it just came natural...This dude is the truth. Its crazy to say that a nikka who has had seven 5+ star matches under his belt already is getting better...This dude is having a special year. Just sit back and enjoy this shyt.

Yep, This is the matchup ROH jump the gun. Couldn't been Omega vs Elgin because Elgin hates ROH, lol.

I mean, I get not having Juice go over Okada if he was also going over Omega because it would've been too much, but EVIL out of all people for the upset? He might have needed the victory the most out of LIJ but this where you could've made a guy like Sanada a star, and actually make it feel like it's not a one-off victory.
