Ding Ding Ding. Shota bout to become the biggest star in Japan after spending two years with NJ forcing AEW to book him strong on American TV.

All of a sudden, Nakamura wont have the laziest path ever to a big title run :leon:. The money on Nakamura vs Okada, Ibushi and Shota will be big. And the Umino's return gonna get hyped the fukk up just as Shinsuke's.

I don't think they'll care about AEW booking him THAT strong though. Sure they'll ask for some big Ws here and there but if Okada is any example, they really don't give a fukk as long as dude is working in the US :heh: If he stays with Moxley I'm sure he's gonna be more concerned about protecting the kid from time to time than New Japan.

Don't know your history brehs :mjlol:

Why not tell him how they get down instead of acting like pretentious neckbeard about it :francis: maybe get more people to post in dead japanese thread but what do i know:hubie:

New Japan pushing these 50 year olds :scust: It's like WCW all over again

Unlike Jericho their older guys can still go tho Liger, Suzuki, Negata are legit in their 50s all still very capable and not :dead: 5 minutes in like Jericho who has been upping the fukkery in matches to hide him being washed since he got to Japan :hhh:

Hell Suzuki's match with Okada was wayyyyyyyy better than Jericho's match and he is older than Jericho.

The 40yr olds like ishii can still go n Tana can w the right opp. I dont think its to the point of comparing them to wcw Hoegan/Warrior type shyt :hubie:

bruh did a suicide dive from the ring to the commentators table at full force risking his well being, I think he legit hurt one of the commentators too :mjlol:
He wrestles like he don’t give a fucj for himself or his competition but he can wrestle it’s funny style to see cause in wwe only people who suck and get pushed like Alexa Nia or Brock can be this reckless

According to Fightful, the post-match Jon Moxley promo video with Moxley and Shota Umino at NJPW Dominion 2019 has become the most-watched video for NJPW’s English YouTube channel. You can check out that clip below.

As of today, the video has reached 1,375,753 views. It also reached that mark in less than 24 hours since it was released. The second most-viewed video on the channel is “The Recount: Bullet Club Betrayals,” which has 955,000 views.

During the Dominion event, Jon Moxley announced that he plans on competing in this year’s G1 Climax tournament. The 2019 G1 Climax is slated to start in Dallas, Texas on July 5.

Excuse me, it's not dead. It just stays down longer than other threads sometimes, it's called selling and psychology:ufdup:

Also Bix "why doesn't NJPW have a women's division?? Oh what's this joshi thing?" is a complete c*nt who no one should listen to. I'm pretty annoyed at these people, sorry everyone but it's 99.9% Americans :whoa:, who are all "the poor Japanese must be saved from themselves!" fukk off. If you want completely safe, predictable and... trash wrestling you can watch WWE. It's a product especially for Bix and them.

There's been botched apron spots before, not sure the big deal. Everything else in that match was perfectly executed.

Also also, look at Kurt Angle, how many head drops has he taken? Oh right none. And he's a broken down husk of a man. No mention of the grueling American schedule in the tweets??

I don't think I like Tanahashi's story of just being a sad old guy who thinks no one is going to support him anymore because he's old and broken down, then he spends the match barely hitting his moves like he's a year away from being The Undertaker in Saudi Arabia :mjcry:

What's the deal with "Ishii is the only guy who can pull the Kawada out of Taichi"? So weird.

Shingo/Kojima was fun, Kojima is about the biggest heavyweight and Shingo didn't look small in comparison, still able to easily and cleanly hit all of his big moves, so he should fit in just fine with the current gen of top heavyweights, none of which are as big as Kojima (Okada is probably taller, but definitely not as big).

When the fukk are they going to run the MiSu/Liger singles match :stopitslime:

I wonder how many GOD/LIJ matches there have been. It's like the heavyweight version of Young Bucks vs Rocky Romero/X. NJ has tried to make people care about the juniors division a bit recently after years of coasting, will they try to do shyt with the tag division? Feels like they've been doing nothing but Bullet Club vs ROH tag teams and now LIJ for like....the entire duration of the Bullet Club's existence. Honestly I don't even remember the last time tag titles weren't filler matches in NJPW.

Ospreay's vocalizations in the ring are so fukking goofy. So his his Assassin's Creed and samurai sword bullshyt. What a fukking goober. Lot of crazy shyt in the match but I didn't give a shyt about any of it. There was intensity and drama and the crowd was obviously into it, I just didn't care because I'm not invested in either so it was just an athletic exhibition to me. I worry about Ospray's knees more than his neck, tbh. There are only so many times you can do a triple back flip from the ring to the floor landing on your feet. Also lol at taking months out to show he's bulking up to move to heavyweight, having him beat Ibushi for the Openweight championship to further his rise to heavyweight...then having him win BOSJ and Junior title instead. :mjlol:

Ibushi/Naito wasn't even fun to watch. I can't remember the last time I said "ugh" while watching a match. What the fukk is wrong with these guys? All the head drops, and then those fukking headbutts. Have these dudes learned nothing from Shibata?

Jericho/Okada...:mjlol: Idk why everyone acts like Jericho has changed up his style and doing something new. He's wrestling exactly the same as Chris Jericho from 2008 on, except he's stiffer, fatter and older and starts wheezing 7 minutes into matches. And you could actually hear him gasping for air the entire match :mjlol:He's obviously not current Undertaker levels of :flabbynsick:, but he definitely is at the Undertaker of about 10 years ago period where he really needs to cut his match times in half (he's averaging about 25 minutes per match since he left WWE and obviously that's too much not only for him physically, but also just the stories of the matches he's doing as well) and not be in the main events. I'm definitely not at ALL looking forward to fat and old Chris Jericho vs old and busted Tanahashi. Tana moves even worse than Taker right now :sadbron: I did like that the match ended with a surprise roll up and not a 20 step finishing sequence after multiple Rainmaker kick outs.

I had to lol at listening to the English commentary where they brought up WWE multiple times, but completely avoided mentioning AEW even when talking about Jericho's new finish which he developed specifically for AEW's first main event against a former IWGP champion.
