Back when Gucci called Jeezy from jail to squash the beef. Jeezy essentially made it sound like he couldnt do it based on hood politics. Meaning he knows people who are closer to Pookie than he probably was.


Jeezy was dumb to do a Versuz with Gucci though. Pretty obvious he would try something to have a moment. Jeezy should be applauded for maturing and being righteously unnaffected.

this is exactly what’s happened. there used to be an audio recording of Jeezy speaking with an interviewer or DJ or some shyt about it and he says between the lines that he wasn’t even tight with Pookie Loc and that he wasnt even aware they went there. he then says that due to politics he can’t get into who put that together and why, but he didn’t orchestrate that.
