Second, this is not someone from his "hood" -- this is a random Black dude who was probably paid -- or just dumb. He looks like a teenager and mentally challenged. Has nothing to do with Black culture or black neighborhoods.

he could be right. Pac is obviously the bigger impact nationally but just in LA.....Pac wasn't from here.....Nip fukking resonated with nikkas cuz he was from our backyard. It's funny cuz all the pics I see people posting on IG are from like 2009, 2011, 2012, etc. Back in the day when they had the old shop. I remember going into the shop mad long ago and his bro was just in there posting up holding the store down.
