The main thing that decides sanity/insanity in criminal cases is not knowing what you are doing is wrong. Since the shooter apparently left, came back, shot up the place, had a getaway car, hid, and tried to hide in a mental facility...it's highly unlikely the defense is going to be able to argue "he didn't know what he was doing was wrong".

Exactly. I keep explaining to people in real life that even as a celebrity you can be touched..anyone can be touched it doesn’t have to be a setup. All it takes is for the right (or wrong) things to fall in place for someone’s life to be taken in a split second. Think about the videos you’ve seen of celebs especially rappers running solo. It just so happen they didn’t run into someone who wanted to harm them. I saw a video of a dude running up on TI at the gas station dolo and got mad when TI told him to chill after he was going too far with the pics and recording. If he was a psycho he could’ve ended him right then.

There really are no accidents. And I don't mean that our lives are planned out. I mean that everything that happens can be supported by math. When somebody dies in a head on collision think about everything that has to happen. Both drivers had to leave the house at the exact time that they did. They had to wake up at the exact same time. Hit every red and green light that they did. If either of them woke up 1 second later or earlier, they would prolly both still be alive. But then that would set off a whole new chain of events. Every minor decision we make influences the whole story. We're all intertwined whether we wanna believe it or not.

shyt, some of the decisions we've made might have saved our life and we don't even know it. Maybe you decided to hit up mcdonalds instead of jack in the box and avoided getting struck by a drunk driver. You just never know. And that's why you can't dwell on it much.
