the "legal insanity" defense that prevents jail time is not the same just being "mentally ill". Mentally ill people go to jail everyday. for legal insanity there's elements that need to be met that just don't fit the fact pattern here where dude was specifically plotting crimes and planning getaways.

there was enough speculation during the investigation. no need to do it on the trial side this an open and shut case...unless the cops fukk it all the way up

A good man like Nipsey losing his life to random chance of a hater finally succumbing to the evil that was in his heart is much more sinister than the boogieman getting another one. Eric Holder aint a mind controlled agent of the faceless white men plotting from behind the curtain to destroy a black man for doing good by his people. Eric Holder is just a regular ass nikka in a long line of regular ass nikkas that killed somebody over some dumb shyt. The victim just happened to be famous this time. The same shyt has happened multiple times since Nip passed but we only hear about it if it's on the local news.
