you guys are looking too deep into that tweet. sometimes the simplest explanation is the likeliest. rappers tweet stuff like that all the time. chances are it wasn't alluding to anything related to this dusty bum shytty cuz nikka. Nip was fighting gentrification and trying to make things happen for black youth in his community, he likely just meant that whatever resistance he was encountering to his moves meant he was doing something right. "having strong enemies is a blessing".
