The reason I bought the OLED is because the OG one I have is broken on the right side. The controller consistently disconnected when the kids played. Gamestop near me had 5 OLED in stock grabbed one and I am using it more than the kids.

But posters here were saying that Nintendo should have dropped out of the console race back in 2016 after the Wii U made its last breath.

The Switch outselling both the PlayStation 1 and the Wii is insane, considering it's also creeping up to the PlayStation 4 current lifetime sells too. Furukawa also stated the Switch is still in the middle of its life cycle, so there's an possible chance it might outsell the PS2, which Sony themselves want to outdo.

This and DQ 11 are both great modern entry points if you are looking to get into rpgs on the switch.
