I'd actually be surprised if they don't port/put a sequel out for the switch regardless of how NSMBUD did.
The wii-u version is gimped with the demise of Miiverse, and with the online service of the switch, it's ripe for porting
Plus with the popularity of games like Minecraft and Roblox these days, it seems like a no brainer

It's glaring omission from the wave of ports the Switch has gotten..makes me think a sequel is in the works.
Thinking about buying this system
1 day in and I’m loving the fact that it fills a gap. PS4 and xb1 for the most part have the same games. The switch seems to have different rpgs and strategy games I can’t get on my other two systems.
If things stay the same next gen I’m getting a ps5 and any new Nintendo. I’m off xb unless they revolutionize gaming. It’s redundant.

I still feel like they figuring out the stylus situation. It's one of the few games that really benefited from the Wii U's gamepad. One of the reasons they easily ported it to the 3DS.
You know, I get it benefited from the stylus, but I be willing to just tough it out and use the analog stick...maybe that's just me. Maybe include a touchpad type device with the game?
I just got it yesterday. I have Zelda. I’m getting octopath and a Mario deluxe so my daughter has something to play today.
