It's cause the fortnite map is so big and in most game types there is no respawn
In Paladin the maps are smaller and there is respawn.
What a world of a difference.
Disco Domination has respawns so you will get a higher amount of kills especially since the Disco floors attract enemies. Shoot the dancers.
The map isn't hard for me. It's just different shooting dynamics and different guns (power level) as well as control scheme .
Like I said in paladins I can keep the reticle on an enemy and fire 5-8 times as fast as the finger will go and I'll get a kill. Keep in mind I'm strafe and jumping, ducking etc. In fortnite that's not enough to get a kill for me. I come from playing goldeneye, unreal tournament and quake 2 where I would murder cats religiously. Paladins works but those same strategies don't transfer to fortnite. But as far as battlefield and cod I'm garbage at those games too.
I don't think games like goldeneye, quake, unreal, paladins care too much about gun power as cod, battlefield and fortnite.
Understandably you'll need to blast away at enemies with a pistol but when you get into shotguns and automatics and grenade launchers the earlier games (goldeneye, quake, unreal, paladins) really give you the benefit of the doubt, whereas the others rely on precision. Just blowing up the ground directly in front of a character in fortnite/cod won't get you a kill, whereas goldeneye, paladins they'll give you one.
