I plan on just playing games exclusive to Switch. PS4 will be main console.

I'd say go with a 128GB anyway.
Nintendo is really good about compression, most of their games are <10GB but who knows what's gonna happen in the future.

Yes, kind of
You can choose where to install your games but save data is internal storage only.

Playing Doom on the Switch compared to the XB1 is almost like playing an entirely different game lol

With the joy-con sticks and 30fps making aiming a lot more difficult, I've had to rely a ton on strafes and just overall movement for aiming. I've been playing it almost like Classic Doom with the gun in the middle of the screen and no aiming at all.

yeah.

If you didn't have a card prior, anything you downloaded will be kept on internal memory

future things should automatically be saved onto the card. And if you want to move shyt you downloaded before the card, gotta redownload onto the card

If you want to play an FPS on Switch, go ahead. I'd say it could likely drop on price somewhat soon as Bethesda games tend to lose value very quickly but it's worth picking up.

I copped Zelda with a gift card. I'm guessing that and Mario will keep me busy for a while but I'm looking at other options too. Might get that Skyrim.

I loathe the gameplay style of Xenoblade. It's like FF13 and FF15. It's very MMO-ish and more WRPG-esque. But I'm kinda desperate for a JRPG so I might get it. I prefer my JRPGs to be linear and heavily story-focused (like back in the PS1 and PS2 days). I think @winb83 has a similar preference with mine so I wonder what he thinks.

Still haven't bought a Switch yet despite having the money for it. I was wondering does the Switch have a social network feature like the Miiverse where you could share screenshots and discuss the game with other people? That was a cool feature on the Wii U.

Nope. You can't even send, receive or view messages from friends.
