yes. Just downgraded textures and it runs at 30 fps. But the controls are fantastic. Graphics are sharp as hell on the small screen too. Overall excellent purchase.

i just read this needs 28gb download just to play

6.8gb for data that wasn't included

16.1gb because lazy developers didn't finish teh game before releasing
and 5 gb for each saved file

Yes, NBA 2K cannot be played on Switch without an SD card. That includes the physical version cause 2K went with the cheaper 16GB card instead of the 32

So it looks like every Switch unit has a hidden golf game that's only accessible by doing two things:

The date to play it to be EXACTLY on July 11th, changing the internal clock will not work (although it wouldn't surprise me if there was a workaround)

Do a familiar hand gesture with the joycons at the home menu.

July 11 is the day Iwata died and he programmed the Golf game back in the day. Nintendo put the game in every Switch unit as a tribute.

I know it's not on the switch, but that new Metroid game on the 3DS is absolute fire. It's a shame this game won't be on the switch...

Doom on the switch runs at 30FPS but this is undocked mode.

All of his impressions are based on playing in UNDOCKED mode

• Most ambitious cross platform Switch port yet
• "Utterly insane, how did they do that?"
• Post process pipeline mostly intact
• 30fps cap was "inevitable"
• Depth of field reduced but not removed
• Resolution is lower on Switch, dynamic, unsure of exact count
• Reduced textures
• "It's a good port!"

He's really looking forward to testing the final Switch version because he believes it will demolish a PC with equivalent specs
