No the real question is why do you keep deflecting whenever it's time to hold Nintendo accountable :jbhmm:

Elden Ring on Switch 2 is including Shadow of the Erdtree btw, and that hasn't even been out for a whole year.

This Zelda DLC is almost 8 years old along with the base game :mjlol:
Even as a big Nintendo fan even the whole deal of BOTW disgusts me. It's $90 if you don't have an original switch & played it there. This game is fukking 8 years old :mjlol:

Seems like we have different arguments going on here.

Is the Switch 2 a clear step up from Switch 1? Yes, 100%.

Should the Switch 2 sell for more than Switch 1? Yes, since better tech will cost more $$$.

Is the Switch 2 worth the price? No, because you're paying a comparable price to a PS5/Series X but getting "lesser" tech.

It would be like if Sega kept the Saturn going until PS3/Xbox 360 dropped AND THEN dropped Sega Dreamcast but charged the same price as PS3/360.

I mean it ultimately depends on how much one values playing on handheld. If someone travels a lot for business, Switch being portable is a big plus. For some people who only play a TV, then obviously that aspect of the Switch holds little value.

I don't agree with it being lesser tech, but more so less powerful because of the hybrid nature which makes sense. Also got to add in what games they are playing as well. If someone just plays 3rd parties then the Switch makes no sense to cop when you have the Steam Deck.

The Dreamcast is a pure home console, the Switch isn't. Most of your argument ignore that. You might not care about the handheld portion of the Switch, but plenty of people do though

And Cyberpunk includes Phantom Pain, all on a 65gb cartridge

How is it deflecting when I've told you I do not care.

My issue isn't with the companies trying to get $ it's the hypocrisy from stans on what is consider value.

My stance on value should be clear since my primary console of choice is also the one that gives the most value.

But if you are trying to hold Nintendo accountable, How about holding all these companies accountable for their "slimy deals" and the leader of over priced remade content...PlayStation.

Yet I don't see a thread about the complete edition of TLOU. Even though there are more than a few ways to get both versions of the games offered for well under 110 bucks.

I love how y'all latch on to one point and still be incorrect.

Completely ignore me saying that I don't see games that aren't some kind of specialty edition or complete edition offering DLC with the base game.

Then go on to name Elden Ring Tarnished Edition and Cyberpunk Ultimate Edition as examples of games that offered DLC with the base game.

:mjlol:

Meanwhile the Zelda game is just breath of the wild 2 switch edition... Nothing about that title indicates anything extra included out side of performance improvements.
