Also once this happens the Virtual Console is officially dead as Wii access was already ended. Nintendo on that site basically gave a fukk you to their fans. They're the ones that choose to not make the virtual console available on newer hardware.

It's wild that the PlayStation Vita will keep online store access longer than the 3DS family. Starting in August of 2022 you won't be able to buy games off the eShop on either system unless you can find a dedicated code to purchase the specific game you want.

Edit: Just read you can link a Switch account and backdoor add funds from it post August 2022.

  • As of May 23, 2022, it will no longer be possible to use a credit card to add funds to an account in Nintendo eShop on Wii U or the Nintendo 3DS family of systems.
  • As of August 29, 2022, it will no longer be possible to use a Nintendo eShop Card to add funds to an account in Nintendo eShop on Wii U or the Nintendo 3DS family of systems. However, it will still be possible to redeem download codes until late March 2023.

You gonna get price gouged buying a new 3DS in 2022. Cost more than a Switch.

Scalpers are fukking up the game on God:francis:. It was all good a week ago where you can cop retro games and even consoles that are not considered retro at fair prices. Now you got to Aliexpress it because the games cost more than a PSP in 2005:hhh:
