I thought it was weird that for the past year everyone was saying nintendo was holding back announcements for some legendary first party bonanza at launch for switch 2.

It wasn’t really rumors. Phil Spencer’s straight up said they have a lot of games releasing in switch 2

How? people thought the Wii U gamepad was an add on to the original Wii. It was horrendously marketed by Nintendo to add they had no flagship titles till Mario kart 8 came out years after.

A 500 dollar minimum handheld (before tariffs) with 80 dollar games is woefully out of touch.

Both of my kids have a switch, and combined they will be less than the Switch 2. So I’m going from a household that has 2 of the units to not even considering 1.

Well that was the assumption.. surely these guys didn't hold back for so long and downgrade the screen for nothing.. Come to find out they did. For Switch 1 we got several major hitters in year one. shyts a bad deal all around.

Ima need SEGA to announce the release date for Sonic CrossWorlds so I can put all this Switch 2 news behind me.
