I give this Direct a 6/10.
The standouts for me are Super Mario Bros. Wonder, Star Ocean and Super Mario RPG.
Xbox had the best conference this year.

I’m not sure if the gameplay is my thing, but I’m willing to give it a try.

I'm late but it's crazy that The Coli wasn't feeling this Direct. I thought it was the best one in 2-3 years. Nintendo has shown they've got enough to tide Switch owners through next year, when it's successor will likely release. Mario Kart 9 will certainly be a launch title.
