Its obvious to me OP doesn't really remember or know what the shoe looks like.Someone has probably already posted his shoe just in a colorway he didnt remember.
I think I found them, I posted them furthur up this page, the Air Windrunner. Only ones I know around that time that were AIR, multiple solid color leather options, and low tops.

Air Windrunner. I remembered the stripe was the same color as the shoe and they came in a bunch of leather solid colors with the Nike Air logo stitched on the back.

I like them so much I bought like 3 colors (blue, red, and I think green). I only had one pair of Nike high tops, lately been sticking with the lows for cardio. Just bought 2 pairs of Revolution 5's.

I used to love lows I'm in my 30s was wondering why my ankles would hurt at the end of the day.Come to find out I need orthotics and to star wearing high tops.
They look more like max 90 not no cortez
