Y'all really want to build a subway in an area that suffers from flooding? Creating the subway would cause massive flooding, traffic disruptions, and dont forget many of the buildings are old and unstable so there's a strong chance of buildings collapsing.

I was recently staying on the Mainland and had to cut my stay short bc the traffic is just ridiculous now. I got tired of leaving out 2-3 hours early just to arrive on time to places that are just a few miles away. My friend told me he was sitting in traffic from the Island to the Mainland for 5 hours for a destination just 30 minutes away. He chopped it up to demons being on the road .

Now if that's regular traffic, imagine traffic bc roads are shut down to build a damn subway. It's not happening here.

Despite this, I still love Lagos...

Doesn't have to be a subway. Can be elevated rail, like you have in the outer boroughs of NYC.

Regarded the bolded, I absolutely believe that.

not yet visa process turns me off :picard:

every other African country for the most part I just land and get it on the spot

I believe I read an article where Nigeria is in talks about instituting visa on arrival.

Luckily, I'm in DC so the process is easier for me than someone outside the area since you have to visit an office to submit biometrics.
